We design, build, and deploy proprietary IoT and Building Management System (BMS) platforms that give building owners and operators real-time visibility and control over every system in their facility.

Our hardware and software platforms are built in-house. The bleedingEdge FES (Field Equipment Station) acts as a wireless protocol converter, bridging legacy BACnet and Modbus devices with modern IP networks — no rewiring required. The bleedingEdge BTS (Building Telemetry System) sits above the FES layer, aggregating data across an entire estate and delivering control, alerting, and analytics to any device, anywhere.
Both platforms are software-defined and remotely configurable, which means our engineering teams can commission a fully functional BMS in a fraction of the time — and cost — of a traditional wired installation.
